Ada B. Pozo, a former Miami-Dade County Judge,  presided over thousands of criminal, civil, and family court cases.  She brings her extensive criminal defense experience to Pozo Goldstein Gomez & Miranda.  Before her five years as a County Court Judge in Miami, she was an Assistant Public Defender and a Forensic Social Worker with Miami-Dade County.  As a former Judge, Ms. Pozo has the experience to represent clients in all criminal defense matters.

Steven A. Goldstein, a former immigration prosecutor in the Miami field office of the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, saw  a dire need for quality, competent representation for individuals facing incarceration and deportation by ICE authorities. As a former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor, Goldstein appeared thousands of times in the Miami Immigration Court before some of the very same Immigration Judges that will decide your case in Immigration Court.  This is important when defending against deportation or asking an Immigration Judge to grant a bond for an individual so that he or she can be released from immigration custody. Frieda M. Goldstein is a former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor in both the New York and Miami offices of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  She also served as a Judcial Law Clerk for both the New York and Miami Immigration Judges.  For the past eleven years, Ms. Goldstein represented the United States in immigration removal proceedings.   She brings her extensive experience in immigration litigation to Pozo Goldstein Gomez & Miranda.
