"Secure Communities" Update

The "Secure Communties" initiative started by ICE in cooperation with state and local law enforcement is growing. To see a current list of communities who have opted in to this program, CLICK HERE.

It is important to know which locations have opted in to "Secure Communities" to protect your rights. This program mandates that state and local law enforcement share the fingerprint results of those arrested in their jurisdictions with ICE, who will then determine if the person arrested is also of interest for deportation.
