Ada B. Pozo is a former Miami Dade County Court Judge. She has presided over thousands of cases in the criminal, civil, and domestic violence divisions. In addition to her daily court responsibilities, Ms. Pozo was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mentor judge, assisting and educating judges new to the bench. She also served the people of Miami-Dade County as a trial attorney with the Miami-Dade County Public Defenders Office. During her tenure with the Public Defender's Office she prepared and litigated a high volume of felony and misdemeanor cases. Ms. Pozo litigated cases ranging from driving under the influence and cocaine possession to armed robbery, capital sexual battery, and murder. Ms. Pozo appeared on numerous television and radio programs as an expert legal analyst. Her experience as both a judge and a trial attorney makes her exceptionally qualified to fight for your rights.
Currently, Ms. Pozo hosts a radio show called, Acceso Legal, on the Cristina Radio Network, Channel 146 on Sirius/XM, Monday - Friday at 6PM.
