Sammy Aliferis is Of Counsel to Pozo Goldstein & Miranda, LLP in the Miami, Florida office practicing exclusively Immigration & Nationality Law. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Louisiana Tech University, graduating summa cum laude.
Mr. Aliferis has more than 10 years experience as an attorney in the fields of international transitional and immigration law. For the past 5 years, Mr. Aliferis has worked extensively in the areas of complex removal defense cases and in all areas of family based immigration, but with a particular focus on cases that involve detained aliens.
