Luigi Rosabianca is the principal attorney and founder of Rosabianca & Associates, PLLC and "Of Counsel" to the New York office of Pozo Goldstein, LLP.  He specializes in all facets of immigration, commercial and residential real property law and handles a wide scope of litigation matters, including construction, commercial, due diligence, estate planning, and transactional/appellate practice. He serves on numerous condominium and cooperative boards throughout New York City and the outer boroughs and is frequently asked to speak at field-related conferences and academic setting.

Mr. Rosabianca held the position judicial law clerk for the Immigration Court in New York City from 1998 to 1999. During that time, he worked directly with Immigration Judges in the New York Immigration Court. He authored judicial opinions and research memoranda concerning asylum, suspension of deportation/cancellation of removal and waivers of inadmissibility; including final decisions involving grounds of deportability/inadmissibility, marriage fraud and unauthorized employment. Mr. Rosabianca conferred with Immigration Judges in the disposition of cases, assisting in all aspects of issuing judicial decisions. He conducted research including all recent and relevant immigration case law and history and incorporated the research into Immigration Judge's written decisions.

Mr. Rosabianca offers much of his time to an array of charities, including the American-Italian Cancer Foundation as well as The Boys' Towns of Italy. He is also an active member of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Board of Directors.

A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Rosabianca spent several years working with firms specializing in the areas of commercial litigation and transactional law. He received his B.A. in government and politics, with a concentration in architecture, from St. John's University.

A native New Yorker, Mr. Rosabianca has strong ties to his family and Italian heritage, which he believes are the cornerstones of his firm's mission. He enjoys traveling, sports, and the company of good friends and family.
