Miranda presided over thousands of deportation cases at the Miami Immigration Court during his career as an Immigration Judge.  Prior to being appointed as Immigration Judge, Mr. Miranda represented the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) as a trial attorney.  Mr. Miranda handled deportation and removal cases from both the prosecutor and judge point of views during his time with the U.S. Department of Justice. 

As Partner at Pozo Goldstein Gomez & Miranda, Mr. Miranda now represents clients in all immigration matters.  Due to a high demand to consult with former Judge Miranda, consultations are limited and a consultation fee of $250.00 is due at the time an appointment is made.  The consultation fee is credited toward the legal fee if the firm is retained. 

Mr. Miranda accepts a limited number of clients to represent.
