Former Immigration Judge Pedro A. Miranda presided over deportation cases in removal proceedings during his 17 years with the Miami immigration court.  As a partner with Pozo Goldstein & Miranda, he brings a unique aspect to representing our clients who face deportation from the United States.  Retired Judge Miranda focuses on complex immigration matters.

Goldstein, managing partner of our Immigration Division, is a former Federal Prosecutor who tried countless cases in immigration courts in Miami and at the Broward Transitional Center in Pompano Beach, Florida.  As a former INS and ICE trial attorney, Mr. Goldstein has the experience and knowledge it takes to fight for due process and a chance to be heard in deportation defense proceedings.   Mr. Goldstein also represents clients at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Oakland Park field office in family-based petitions and citizenship applications.

Frieda M. Goldstein, a former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor with the Miami Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office spent the last eleven years as a Trial Attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel litigating thousands of cases before both the Miami and New York Immigration Court. Ms. Goldstein brings her experience, including her former position as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Immigration Judges in both Miami and New York to Pozo Goldstein & MIranda as a Partner of the firm.  Ms. Goldstein will represent clients in our Weston and Miami, Florida offices. 

Ada B. Pozo, is the managing partner of our Criminal Defense Division.  As a former Miami-Dade County Judge, she presided over thousands of criminal cases.  When you are faced with criminal charges, it is important to have experience and knowledge on your side.  Ms. Pozo represents clients in Broward and West Palm Beach on all criminal matters ranging from DUI to Aggravated Assault.  If you are arrested and charged with a crime, seek professional, honest, and competent representation immediately.
